By purchasing or using any service provided by North Summit Digital, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all applicable policies published on our website.

Final Sale Policy

All services provided by North Summit Digital are custom digital services created specifically for each client. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final.

Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Website Design & Development

  • Website Redesigns

  • Website Care Plans

  • Logo & Brand Design

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • AI Creative & Advertising Services

  • Business Email Setup

  • Domain & Hosting Setup

  • Digital Consulting

  • Any other custom digital service

Client Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing all work during the design and development process.

Approval of project milestones or final delivery confirms that the work has been accepted as meeting the agreed project scope. Any additional revisions, new features, or requests outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees.

No Guarantee of Results

While North Summit Digital follows industry best practices and strives to deliver high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Sales or revenue

  • Search engine rankings

  • Lead generation

  • Advertising performance

  • Customer acquisition

  • Website traffic

  • Business growth

Actual results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

Website Care Plan

Website hosting, maintenance, monitoring, backups, and technical support are provided only while an active Website Care Plan is in good standing.

Clients are provided a 21-day grace period to pay Website Care Plan invoices. If payment is not received within this period, services may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, North Summit Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, reputational harm, or other financial losses arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Services

North Summit Digital may utilize third-party providers for services such as domain registration, web hosting, email services, payment processing, plugins, APIs, and software integrations. We are not responsible for outages, service interruptions, pricing changes, security incidents, or failures caused by third-party providers.

Governing Law

These policies shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

By purchasing any service from North Summit Digital, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
