At North Summit Digital, every website is custom-designed and developed specifically for each client. Because our services involve personalized digital work, time, and expertise, all sales are final.
No Returns
Due to the nature of custom digital services, we do not accept returns once work has begun or a project has been completed.
No Refunds
Payments made for website design, development, branding, SEO, AI creative services, hosting setup, or any other custom digital service are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled after work has started, any payments already made will not be refunded, as they cover time, planning, design, development, and related business expenses.
Website Care Plan
Following the complimentary maintenance period included with eligible website packages, clients may continue receiving professional website management through our Website Care Plan for $100 CAD per month.

This service helps ensure your website remains secure, up to date, and operating reliably.
Billing & Grace Period
Website Care Plan invoices may be paid within a 21-day grace period from the billing date. During this period, your website and services will remain active.
If payment has not been received after the 21-day grace period, hosting and maintenance services may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid.
Clients may restart their Website Care Plan at any time, subject to any applicable setup, restoration, or outstanding service fees if the website has been suspended.
